Click on the link below to download the Registration and Payment form. Use this form for payment for Trophy Fund donations, catalog advertising, pre-ordered catalogs, reserved show seating, RV spaces, all seminars and all banquets. You can write one check to cover all the events and items listed.

Payment Options
Your payment should NOT be sent with the form, but instead should be sent to HCA Treasurer Linda Strike, or you can make your payment through PayPal. When you send your payment to Linda, please include a copy of the registration form so she knows what you have paid for.
