Four Star Awards

The 4 Star Dog program recognizes dogs, belonging to HCA members, who have passed CERF, OFA Hips and Patellas and BAER testing. . The award is an annual one, being given for the year that the dog passes the required tests. The Award can be reissued each subsequent year that a current CERF certificate is issued. For eligible dogs to receive a 4 Star Award, owners must send copies of current CERF and OFA certificates (PennHip also accepted) for Hips, Patellas and BAER testing.
