April 5th, 2008. Windy City Havanese Club.
An HCA Supported Entry April 5th to be held in conjunction with the Kennel Club of Yorkville, Illinois, show, DeKalb, IL.

May 31st & June 1st, 2008. Lake Erie Havanese Club.
An HCA Supported Entry May 31st and an HCA Designated Specialty June 1st to be held in conjunction with the Toledo Kennel Club shows, Toledo, OH. - They are also having a major clinic offering CERF, BAER, OFA Patellas and Cardiac testing.

June 7, 2008. Cascade Havanese Club.
An HCA Designated Specialty to be held in conjunction with the Puyallup Valley Dog Fanciers show, Puyallup, WA.

August 9th & 10th, 2008. Mid Florida Havanese Club.
An HCA Designated Specialty August 9th and an HCA Supported Entry August 10th to be held in conjunction with the Toy Dog Club of Central Florida shows, Orlando, FL. – They will also be offering a CERF clinic.

The Show Events Committee is in the process of considering sites for the 2010 National Specialty. If your local club would like to submit a site proposal, you can access the necessary information at the HCA website in the Show Events section. The Show Events Mission Statement outlines the purposes of the Committe, and the Committe has adopted policies for the National Specialty, as well as Guidelines for Local Clubs holding HCA-sponsored events.
