Local Club Development Workshop
Annual Update
It is encouraged that all HCA recognized Clubs provide the Recording Secretary with an annual report providing the following information:
1. Club name, Constitution and Bylaws and any changes to the above.
2. Current List of Officers and Board members.
3. Current Membership List.
For local clubs holding Events under the HCA license or participating in HCA sponsored activities such as the Local Club Day at the National Specialty, this annual update is required and should be filed with their Annual Events Application.
